Kimberly Parmassar is an Associate Lawyer at Investigation Counsel PC, where she practices in civil fraud recovery and asset tracing litigation
Kimberly brings a unique combination of legal, investigative and forensic experience to her practice. Prior to joining Investigation Counsel, she worked in forensic and financial crime advisory roles at professional services firms in Canada and the Caribbean. Her work included fraud investigations, asset tracing, financial analysis, and anti-money laundering (AML) program compliance reviews for regulated entities, as well as handling sensitive whistleblower disclosures.
Kimberly is deeply committed to helping victims of fraud recover assets and regain peace of mind. Her background in forensic and investigative analysis allows her to approach legal matters with a strategic, evidence-driven mindset to maximize recovery and accountability for wrongdoing.
